I just have one suggestion and that be that your alter your image at the top to show that woman have a place in business as well. It makes you seem very close-minded. If this is meant to appeal only to men however, it works perfectly. I was just under the impression it was geared towards young business professionals of any gender so I thought I'd leave a little suggestion as to not turn potential subscribers away.
