A private-sector coalition of founders, operators, investors, and students. No government dependency. Builder-led. The contrarian bet: Boston can catch SF and NYC, and the unlock is founders + physical density, not institutions.

The story

Most people think Boston cannot catch SF or NYC. We disagree. The unlock is not capital or brand. It is founders over institutions, physical HQ over Slack, and community as a moat. As AI makes the world more virtual, in-person density wins. That is the Boston edge.
