Mission

Every LeBron has a Rich Paul. Tech operators deserve the same. Agents, managers, coaches aligned around a single person — career, comp, health, life. Aligned incentives. No more recruiters pretending to be both salesperson and therapist.

The story

I spent a decade watching phenomenal tech operators get undercompensated and under-represented. Recruiters serve founders. Nobody serves the talent. So I built it. We represent the top 1% — engineering leaders, product leaders, GMs — and we negotiate on their behalf the way a sports agent does for a starting quarterback.
